General provisions

By ordering a product sold by ANDRÉ MOUCHE SA and by checking the box “I agree with the terms and conditions”, the buyer declares to have read, understood and adhered to the present general conditions. The purchaser also warrants that he/she has full legal capacity and that he/she is entitled to enter into contracts on his/her behalf.

Purchase of goods

The order of a product on this website constitutes an offer to purchase by the buyer, which can only be withdrawn prior to the order being shipped by ANDRÉ MOUCHE SA to the buyer. Once an order is placed, the buyer will receive an acknowledgement of receipt at his email address with the complete delivery address that he will have to verify and confirm for shipping.

Prices and payment

The prices listed on our website include shipping and packaging costs, ensuring clarity and transparency for our customers. VAT is applied differently depending on the destination:

  • For orders within Switzerland, prices include the statutory VAT of 8.1%, along with shipping and packaging costs.
  • For orders outside Switzerland, prices are displayed as net final consumer prices, excluding Swiss VAT, but including shipping and packaging costs. In this scenario, VAT and customs duty may apply. ANDRÉ MOUCHE SA is not liable for any inspections conducted by customs authorities.
  • In the event of a return, the buyer is responsible for covering the return shipping costs.

Payments made by credit card are subject to validation by the card issuer and authorization for card usage. ANDRÉ MOUCHE SA reserves the right to adjust selling prices at any time. However, orders will be fulfilled at the price indicated at the time of purchase.

Deliveries

Available items will be shipped by a specialized courier, such as DHL or FedEx, within approximately 1-2 business days after receipt of payment. The delivery address will correspond to the data indicated by the buyer. In the event of an address error on the part of the purchaser, the expenses generated by a return of product will not be taken in charge by ANDRÉ MOUCHE SA. ANDRÉ MOUCHE SA is not liable for delivery delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to customs inspection holds, natural disasters, courier strikes, or international transport disruptions.

Guarantees

ANDRÉ MOUCHE SA guarantees that the products sold comply with the technical characteristics in force at the date of dispatch.

  • Standard Warranty: Watches sold through authorized third-party retailers or physical boutiques are guaranteed for two years.
  • Extended 3-Year Warranty (Official Store Exclusive): As a special benefit to our direct clients, all watches purchased directly through our official online store (andremouche.com) are covered by an exclusive 3-Year Manufacturer's Warranty, valid from the date of purchase.

The international warranty offered by ANDRÉ MOUCHE SA excludes in particular the following:

  • Any damage caused by improper use and handling, negligence or accident
  • Any damage resulting from the intervention of an individual not authorized by ANDRÉ MOUCHE SA
  • Loss and theft
  • Normal wear and tear

Claim procedure

The buyer shall check the conformity of the products with the technical characteristics in force without delay upon receipt. All complaints, including in particular complaints for alleged defects, shall be made in writing and must reach ANDRÉ MOUCHE SA within ten working days of receipt of the goods by the buyer. Notwithstanding the foregoing, apparent transport damage must be notified to the carrier and to ANDRÉ MOUCHE SA immediately upon delivery. After this ten-day period, the conditions of the applicable warranty period (the two-year standard or the three-year extended warranty) will apply.

In case of defective goods, ANDRÉ MOUCHE SA may repair the defective goods at its own expense or replace them, subject to presentation of a valid warranty certificate and the purchase invoice. In addition, the goods must be kept intact and complete, in their packaging.

To initiate a warranty claim or return, the buyer must first contact our support team at office@andremouche.com. Please include a copy of the purchase invoice, the warranty certificate, and a note or photographic evidence explaining the defect.

Do not send any goods back to our facility without prior written authorization and specific shipping instructions from our team.

Any authorized shipments must be made with shipping costs at the expense of the buyer for the outward journey. In the case of authorized shipments from countries other than Switzerland, the words “RETURN UNDER WARRANTY FOR REPAIR” must be indicated on the export note.

For full return requirements and processing guidelines, please refer to our Return Policy.

If a customer cancels an order before the goods have been shipped, we reserve the right to deduct payment processing and currency conversion fees (typically between 3.2–6.6% of the order value) from the refund. This deduction does not apply to customers located in the European Union, who retain their statutory right to cancel and receive a full refund within the 14-day cooling-off period as specified by applicable consumer protection laws. To submit a cancellation request, please visit our Withdraw contract (EU only) page.

If an order has already been shipped and the customer refuses delivery or fails to collect the parcel, the customer will be responsible for covering the return shipping costs incurred by us.
