We uphold a 30-day return policy, allowing you to initiate a return within 30 days of receiving your item.

For a return to be eligible, the item must remain in its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags intact, and in the original packaging. Additionally, please provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and Issues

Please thoroughly inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately. We will assess the issue promptly and work to rectify it.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants), custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (e.g., beauty products). Reach out if you have questions about specific items.

Regrettably, returns cannot be accepted for sale items or gift cards.


For a swift resolution, return the item you have. Once the return is approved, we will facilitate the exchange for the desired item.

European Union 14 Day Cooling Off Period

In addition, if your merchandise is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, without providing a justification. The item must meet the same conditions as mentioned above, and proof of purchase is required.


Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the refund approval status. If approved, a refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.
